The NK LA 11 is an extra spacious nest box made of 20 mm thick larch wood, specially designed for tits and other species such as the pied flycatcher. Thanks to the use of durable larch wood, this nest box has a significantly longer lifespan than standard pine nest boxes.

The nest box is suitable for installation in trees, on building facades, or on fences, and provides a safe and comfortable nesting site.

Protection against predation

The entrance hole is fitted with a wood-concrete insert, making it more difficult for predators such as squirrels and martens to raid the nest. At the same time, this insert prevents the opening from being gnawed or chiseled out by squirrels or large woodpeckers.

This extra protection increases the chances of a successful breeding result.

Practical and easy to maintain

The nest box can be easily opened from the front by turning two screw hooks. This allows the entire front panel to fold forward, making inspection and maintenance simple.
