This WoodStone® nest box with marten protection provides nesting opportunities for house sparrows, ring sparrows, and collared redstarts, among others. Tits, nuthatches, and pied flycatchers also use the box. The black front makes this nest box less conspicuous in locations where discretion is preferred. WoodStone® is a mix of 100% FSC®-certified wood fibres and concrete. This robust material is environmentally sustainable and will last for decades.
The nest box can be cleaned by opening its front. Perform this task immediately after the young birds have fledged or during the winter months after a few days of frost.
