There are situations when it is necessary to make a building or tree bat-free. This could be because a building is being renovated or demolished or a tree is being cut down.

Note!
The installation of flaps should only be done by a professional and outside vulnerable periods. Placement is definitely not allowed in the period from May 15 to July 31 and in the winter period between November 1 and March 31. Outside the indicated date limits, placement may be done only with a waiver and if it is certain that no maternity colony is housed.
Since every situation is different, the exclusion flaps are not provided with suspension holes. The wooden backboard is easy to nail down with, for example, steel wire nails (not included). Application of this product should be done well before work begins so that the bats have enough time to leave the property. In addition, provide sufficient alternative roosting sites by installing bat boxes. Never use this method in maternity and during hibernation.
The Bat Wooden Exclusion Flaps XXL require no maintenance. They can be taken away over time to be reapplied to another project.
