The Vivara Pro team can assist in all phases of a project from planning and design to implementation, installation, and maintenance. For example, during a new construction or renovation project, our experts conduct an ecological survey to determine how best to mitigate and compensate for loss of biodiversity.
They then draw up a plan, recommend nest boxes and bricks that can be integrated into the facade of the building or, if installation within the structure is not possible, offer alternative solutions such as gable-mounted or pole-mounted options.
They can also propose options for the greenery and landscape around the building, and work with the Vivara Pro team on implementing plans to encourage biodiversity and improve the surrounding ecosystem. This could include planting layered vegetation – e.g., trees, shrubs, grasses, and mosses – retrofitting unused paved areas to make more green, and/or installing green roofs.
Vivara Pro also works with city and national governmental organizations to improve the biodiversity of urban spaces, parks, and nature reserves.
