This hexagonal hotel, made from the sustainable material Woodstone® (wood fiber and concrete), has a long lifespan. The bamboo interior can be easily replaced, so insects always finds a new home. Operation:
- Bees collect pollen in the bamboo tubes.
- Each brood cell is filled with pollen, then an egg is laid and sealed.
- Upon hatching, young bees find food and work their way out.
