This wood-concrete bat box can be mounted on both trees and building facades. It is equipped with an internal inlay that makes it more difficult for tits to gain access. Thanks to the additional ribs on the back, the box hangs very securely. With the removable mounting bracket, it can also be freely suspended from a branch.

The VK SW 01 Bat Box can be installed on both trees and building facades. Ensure a clear flight path for bats by avoiding placement near artificial lighting.Mount the box at a minimum height of 3 metres, preferably not above windows or doors. Thanks to the removable bracket, the bat box can also be freely suspended from a branch.
Bat boxes can be cleaned once a year, preferably in winter during a frost period.
Always check beforehand to ensure the box is not occupied! Use a special brush to remove cobwebs and other debris.
Cleaning of the VK SW 01 Bat Box is easy: simply remove the inner element of the box to access the interior.
